The Family Office managed all aspects of the client’s wealth and assets, which included family homes, superyachts and private aircraft. SCI was brought in to visit and assess each of the family homes, speak to family members about security awareness (included 4 sibling families), visit their private aviation operations, and manage all aspects of maritime security implementation, audits and crew training for their yachts.

SOLUTION

Each of the siblings’ families were visited at their residences, to assess security and discuss security awareness in the home, office and abroad whilst traveling. The Family Office was also visited to assess the broader corporate operations and personal assets such as private aircraft and a substantial superyacht program which extended from the US to the Caribbean and Mediterranean.

SCI was able to integrate all assessments and manage oversight of the risk functions that needed to be in place and functioning. SCI bolstered the security offering for the family’s HNW friends and associates whilst traveling via private aircraft and superyachts – some of whom were very high -profile international leaders of industry and politics.

OUTCOME

SCI managed security of the family portfolio for more than 5 years. The input for the maritime operations involved formal maritime ISPS audits, training and implementation for their maritime management company, as well as security systems advisory services for the build of a new superyacht.
